Sometimes the original packing on the LCD TV may be torn, dented, stained, or damaged in some other way. You may be able to get a discount on it.  Some of these televisions are placed on display and once the new models the displays are sold on discount.  This can be an excellent purchase because the display may never have been used.

Some people pass up good discount LCD TVs because of brand names.  They may think that if the brand name is not well known, the television will be of a lesser quality.  For instance, if the brand name DYNAMO appeared on a discounted LCD TV the customer may not purchase it because it is a lesser known brand.  They may rather buy SONY at regular price.  Surprisingly, some of the same parts used in both brands of LCD TVs could have been produced at by same manufacturer.  Consequently, a good discount television was passed up.

The best way to find discount LCD TVs is the same as it is with any other product; become knowledgeable about the product you want, then, shop around for it.
